How to Use the VapePod+ 

Unboxing:

Congratulations, you’re the proud owner of a new VapePod! 

Let’s start by unboxing your device. 

  • Pull the outside sleeve off of the packaging and set aside for later. Remove the plastic wrapping and dispose of it in your recycling bin. 
  • Lift the top of the clear plastic box and set off to the side.
  • The VapePod comes with a clear plastic placeholder where the cart will be inserted. 
  • Remove the clear plastic placeholder and dispose of it in your recycling bin. 
  • You will notice that your device is resting in a tray in side of its box. Lift the tray to expose the user manual and USB charging cable. Make sure that you have all three: 
  1. the device, 
  2. the user manual and 
  3. USB charging cable in the packaging that it came in. 
  • Please read the entire manual and keep it stowed away in a convenient place for future reference.
  • You will notice that in the manual the device has a sleeve that pulls off from it. It’s important to keep this on when in use. Remove the sleeve only for cleaning purposes.
  • Charge your device before using with any standard USB adapter. The LED light at the base of the device will glow red when charging. Make sure you see the LED light glowing red. If not, please check that you have properly connected the cable and make sure you have plugged it into a live socket. The LED light will turn green when it’s fully charged and ready to use. We do not recommend leaving the device connected for long periods after the LED light turns green. Once it turns green unplug the cable.  

Now, let’s unbox your CBD pod. 

  • Make sure that the tamper seal has not been removed, torn open or manipulated. Slide the bottom part of the box out. You will find your CBD pod nested inside with an instructions for use leaflet. Please read the entire leaflet as there is important information about CBD and the interactions it may have with other pharmaceuticals. 
  • The pod has a colored mouth piece, the color let’s you know which formula it is. Blue for Reload, Red for Repair and Green for Relief. Insert the metal end of the pod into the device. You should only see the colored mouth piece protruding. You will feel the magnet pull the pod in. Make sure the pod is fully inserted by applying a small amount of pressure just to be sure. 

Your VapePod is now ready for use. There are no buttons or settings that need to be adjusted. Simply insert the device and close your lips around the mouth piece and draw/inhale. You will immediately feel the haptic feedback vibration letting you know that the device is working/has been activated. Keep pulling/inhaling until the vibration stops. The device automatically shuts off after one inhalation. The inhalation is measure by force and time, it does not matter how soft or hard you pull, you will always be given a microdose of 1mg of CBD formula. 

Please be mindful not to use this product as though it were an e-cigarette. Depending on body weight, it’s recommended to start with 3 to 5 inahaltions as needed. You may increase the dosage gradually with time. 

One way to measure your progress is to have a CBD journal where you take note of how often and when you use CBD, how many inhalations you take, and what effect it has on you. 

Our CBD formulas have a very high cannabinoid content. We do not recommend taking more than 30 inhalations per day. With moderate use, your CBD pod should last you one month to one and a half months. 

How to clean your VapePod:

You will need some cleaning tools such as rubbing alcohol and cotton buds/swabs. Remove the pod and the sleeve of the device. Take a cotton bud with a few drops of rubbing alcohol and gently wipe the metal connecting pieces of the pod and the inside of the device where the pod connects. Allow to dry for a few minutes. Reinsert the pod and it’s ready for use again.

How to load the CBD pod into the VapePod:

How to charge

You will need a standard USB adapter plus the charging cable that’s provided with the VapePod. Insert the carging cable into the VapPod at its base. The LED light at the base of the device will glow red when charging. Make sure you see the LED light glowing red. If not, please check that you have properly connected the cable and make sure you have plugged it into a live socket. The LED light will turn green when it’s fully charged and ready to use. We do not recommend leaving the device connected for long periods after the LED light turns green. Once it turns green unplug the cable.  

Cart not working - troubleshoot

  • Check that your device has been properly charged. 
  • Check that the pod has been properly inserted, the magnectic connecter must grab the pod. 

Device not charging - troubleshoot

  • Check that the USB adapter is working properly.
  • Check that the electric socket is working properly.
  • Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the device.

Can I use my device with other carts?

  • You may use any pod or cartridge that is compatible with the VapePod. In the UK, you may use pods from CannaCares and Provacan. 

Can I refill my cart with my own CBD oil?

  • No, our pods come pre-filled and are tamper proof. For safety reasons we do not sell open pods for self filling. 
  • It’s not possible to take e-juice or othe CBD liquids to fill your own pods.

Can I use the VapePod with flowers?

  • No, our VapePod works only with pods that are pre-filled with cannabinoid extracts.
